What exactly do we get?

Every photo is polished (color graded, cleaned up) before it goes into any of them, all built from photos you and your guests already have on your phones.

Will our photos be shared with anyone else?

No. Your photos are used only to create your event's recap. We never sell, share, or use them for advertising, and raw guest uploads are automatically deleted 30 days after final delivery.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is a few days; Luxe includes up to 48-hour priority delivery, Roast Reel included.

What happens to our photos after delivery?

Your gallery and video stay accessible for 7 days on Free, 2 months on Highlight, 4 months on Spotlight, and 6 months on Luxe — then they're permanently removed for every tier. Raw guest uploads are automatically removed 30 days after final delivery to protect your privacy. Your photos and data are never sold to a third party.

Can guests upload without downloading an app?

Yes — guests just scan a QR code or tap a link, no account or app required.

Can guests RSVP too?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the same invite and upload page lets guests tap Yes, Maybe, or No. You'll see a running count, plus names, right on your own share page — no separate RSVP tool needed.

Is there a limit on how many guests can upload?

Accepted Answer

No limit on who can upload — the QR link works for any size gathering, from a small family dinner to a large corporate event. Each event does have a total photo cap: 20 uploads on Free (matching its curated gallery size), up to 500 on Highlight, and up to 2000 on Spotlight and Luxe, which comfortably covers even a large wedding. Every paid tier's gallery includes every photo your guests upload, up to that cap. If you hit your cap, you can upgrade to a bigger tier right from your share page for just the price difference — Spotlight and Luxe already share the top 2000-photo cap, so past that we'll work out a custom plan instead.

Question 8

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Your booking confirmation email includes both a reschedule link and a cancellation link. Reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your event, as long as your recap hasn't started processing yet — your guest upload link and QR code stay the same. Cancel more than 24 hours before your event for a full refund on any paid tier (Free bookings have nothing to refund, since they're never charged); cancellations inside 24 hours aren't eligible for a refund since guest uploads may already be underway. Either one inside that window, or once processing has already started, just needs a WhatsApp message to +1 (646) 512-9151 instead.

How do we pay?

Payment is collected securely at booking through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Can we pick which photos make the final cut?

Accepted Answer

Our automated curation selects the best moments for your main video, but on every tier you can star any photo from your QR share page to guarantee it makes the cut regardless of what the AI thinks of it. Your photo gallery also includes every photo your guests upload, not just the ones that made the video. On Spotlight and Luxe, your social cuts get their own separate star picks too.

What editing styles can I choose from?

Cinematic (slow, emotional, warm color grade), Upbeat (fast cuts, high energy, beat-synced), Documentary (minimal, candid, true to the moment), Nostalgic / Retro (warm film grain, vintage titles, scrapbook feel), and Highlight Reel (bold text call-outs, punchy sports-style energy). Each style sets the color grade applied to every photo in your video, not just which music plays — you can turn the soundtrack off entirely on your full recap video and still keep that style's look. On Spotlight and Luxe, you can also pick a separate style just for your social cut.

What's a social cut?

A short, 60–90 second vertical edit sized for Instagram, TikTok, or Reels. Spotlight gives you 5 social cuts plus your full recap video by default; Luxe gives you 10, each from a different set of your best photos. At booking, both tiers can switch that default to either full-video-only (no social cuts at all) or social-cuts-only — no full video, just social cuts made from every single photo your guests upload. That last option is the only case where every uploaded photo is guaranteed to appear somewhere in your video; the default social cuts are still curated down to your best moments, same as the full video. Whichever you pick, you can give your social cuts their own editing style, separate from your main video, and star must-include photos for them from your QR share page.

What's the Roast Reel add-on?

A specialty add-on, on every tier now, that layers witty, affectionate commentary over your full recap video — every joke sticks to roasting the moment, never a person's appearance. You get both a captioned version and a caption-free version of the same video. Social cuts aren't captioned — they play at the normal pace either way. The Light intensity is complimentary on every tier. Only Spotlight and Luxe can go past Light to Lukewarm or Hot — complimentary on Luxe, a $20 add-on on Spotlight. Available for any event type.
